Before production
Agree on the drawing, materials and any sample requirements before confirming the order.
PENGCHENG MAGNETICS
Material, dimensions and operating conditions all matter. Define the requirements and the acceptance criteria before placing an order.
SPECIFY BEFORE YOU ORDER
| Material and grade | Specify the magnetic material, grade and required operating temperature. Review suitability for the actual application. |
|---|---|
| Dimensions and tolerances | Use a drawing to define dimensions, hole features, threads where applicable and dimensional tolerances. |
| Magnetization | Confirm the magnetization direction and pole orientation needed by your assembly. |
| Surface finish | Define coating or other surface treatment with the environment and contact conditions in mind. |
| Performance and test conditions | If pull force or another performance measure is required, agree on the test method, contact surface, air gap and loading direction. |
| Packaging and identification | Specify separation, protection, quantity per pack, labelling and destination requirements. |
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
Agree on the drawing, materials and any sample requirements before confirming the order.
Discuss the required dimensional, visual, magnetic or other checks and the conditions used to assess them.
Identify the reports or documents your project requires. Their availability and scope must be confirmed for the order.
REAL APPLICATIONS
Magnetic holding force depends on geometry, the material being attracted, surface contact, air gap and loading direction. A value measured under one setup should not be assumed to apply to every installation.
LET’S TALK
Share your drawing, quantity and application. Let’s discuss the specifications that matter.
